Service Description

Our Home Health Aides are trained and responsible for delivering high-quality, person-centered care and support to adults (18 years and over) in need of homemaker and/or personal care services under the Ohio Home Care Waiver or Medicaid through the Ohio Department of Medicaid. Home Health Aide/Personal Care Services include: Personal Care: bathing, dressing, grooming, hair care, oral hygience, and shaving; Mobility assistance: Assistance with transfers, turning/repositioning, and walking; Medical Support: Assistance with non-skilled self-administration of medications, routine care of prosthetic/orthotic devices, and passive range of motion exercises; Health Maintenance: Measuring of vital signs, feeding, and colostomy care. Homemaker Services include: Light housekeeping (vacuuming, dusting, mopping, dishes, laundry), meal planning and preparation, trash disposal and general household upkeep, and companionship.
