With more than 20 years in healthcare and 8 years of healthcare ownership, I bring real-world experience in both healthcare and business. I’m passionate about closing gaps, improving the quality of care, and now helping entrepreneurs build what comes next.

As a Registered Nurse licensed since 2004, I bring experience in healthcare leadership, operations, care management, staff development, Medicaid and community-based services, quality improvement, and compliance.

As a former co-owner of a DODD- and ODA-certified home health agency, I know firsthand what it takes to build and operate a healthcare business. Today, I bring that experience to my consulting and home health services, helping entrepreneurs launch, strengthen, and sustain successful businesses.

My background also includes serving as a DODD RN Trainer, American Red Cross Instructor, and Board Member of JRC, reflecting my commitment to leadership, education, and service.
