Service Description
A registered nurse will collaborate with the client and/or client's family to create a service care plan that is personalized and specific to meet the needs of every client. Personal Care Services include: Assistance with activities of daily living: Assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, hair care, oral hygiene, and shaving; Mobility assistance: Assistance with transfers, turning/repositioning, and walking; Medical Support: Assistance with non-skilled self-administration of medications, routine care of prosthetic/orthotic devices, and passive range of motion exercises; Health Maintenance: Measuring of vital signs, feeding, and colostomy care.
